武漢理工大學(xué)尹海斌教授來寧波材料所進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)交流
10月21日,武漢理工大學(xué)尹海斌教授應(yīng)寧波材料所所屬二級所先進(jìn)制造所所長楊桂林邀請到寧波材料所進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)交流,給大家做了題為《基于力矩密度曲線的輕型機(jī)械臂統(tǒng)一設(shè)計(jì)方法》的學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告。
尹海斌首先給大家介紹了個(gè)人、科研經(jīng)歷,然后為大家講解了輕量化機(jī)械臂的統(tǒng)一設(shè)計(jì)方法。在統(tǒng)一設(shè)計(jì)方法中,傳動件和機(jī)構(gòu)的自由度作為設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù),是一種重要的可輕量化機(jī)械臂總體重量且滿足約束條件和設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的客觀量。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)優(yōu)化問題,質(zhì)量和傳動扭矩之間的映射關(guān)系將從轉(zhuǎn)矩密度曲線中體現(xiàn),這也使得機(jī)構(gòu)和傳動件與機(jī)械臂的動力學(xué)相結(jié)合形成一個(gè)統(tǒng)一的類型。在實(shí)現(xiàn)統(tǒng)一設(shè)計(jì)的過程中,存在兩個(gè)模塊:結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化和傳動設(shè)計(jì)。非線性有限元二次方程算法常用于結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化,而ADAMS中的動態(tài)分析可獲得傳動設(shè)計(jì)。這種方法可以統(tǒng)一評估機(jī)械臂的所有部件在質(zhì)量和連續(xù)搜索全局最優(yōu)的結(jié)果。最后,尹海斌通過一個(gè)例子來比較說明這種統(tǒng)一設(shè)計(jì)方法的優(yōu)越性。此外,轉(zhuǎn)矩密度曲線展現(xiàn)了機(jī)械臂的一些潛在分析,比如高速,重負(fù)荷以及能量效率。
最后,與會的科研人員結(jié)合自己的研究課題提出了問題,尹海斌耐心解答和指導(dǎo),現(xiàn)場氣氛十分熱烈。
個(gè)人介紹:
Haibin Yin (尹海斌) received his Ph.D. Degree in Human Mechanical System and Design from the Hokkaido University (HU), Japan in 2011, the M. Eng. and B. Eng. Degrees from University of Science and Technology Beijing (USTB) in 2002 and 2008, respectively. He is currently an Associate Professor at School of Mechanical and Electric Engineering, Wuhan University of Technology (WHUT), China. His research interests include dynamic and design, flexible robots, soft hands, and smart robots. He is a member of JSME and IEEE Robotics and Automation.
