德國(guó)開姆尼茨工業(yè)大學(xué)Heidemarie Schmidt 教授到寧波材料所訪問交流
9月2日,德國(guó)開姆尼茨工業(yè)大學(xué)(Technical University Cheminitz, Germany)Heidemarie Schmidt 教授一行應(yīng)邀到寧波材料所進(jìn)行訪問交流,并做了題為”Shaping a novel type of ferromagnetism in depleted transparent magnetic semiconductors with singly charged bound magnetic polaron centers”的報(bào)告。寧波材料所副所長(zhǎng)李潤(rùn)偉研究員主持報(bào)告會(huì)。
Heidemarie Schmidt在報(bào)告中首先講述了稀磁半導(dǎo)體以及相關(guān)理論,并指出可以通過減少稀磁半導(dǎo)體摻鈷氧化性(ZnCoO)中的自由載流子濃度以穩(wěn)定調(diào)控該材料的鐵磁性能,在以ZnCoO制備的金屬半導(dǎo)體場(chǎng)效應(yīng)晶體管中,可以通過調(diào)節(jié)門電壓以及磁場(chǎng)使器件在高、低阻態(tài)間相互轉(zhuǎn)換,并提出此項(xiàng)研究有望應(yīng)用在新型透明自旋電子存儲(chǔ)器領(lǐng)域。

隨后,其博士生Agnieszka Bogusz, Kefeng Li, Tiangui You, Nan Du分別介紹了YMnO3多晶/非晶薄膜中單極性電阻翻轉(zhuǎn)效應(yīng);BiFeO3中的非易失電容翻轉(zhuǎn)行為、憶阻行為以及神經(jīng)突觸可塑性仿生等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究。

另外,在下午交流會(huì)上,中國(guó)科學(xué)院磁性材料與器件重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室劉鋼研究員和王保敏副研究員分別介紹了課題組目前在電阻式隨機(jī)存儲(chǔ)器領(lǐng)域以及柔性磁敏材料領(lǐng)域的研究工作。本次活動(dòng)旨在增進(jìn)雙方的了解,為將來(lái)的合作打下基礎(chǔ)。
報(bào)告人介紹:
H. Schmidt from Technical University Chemnitz has completed her Ph. D in semiconductor physics at the University Leipzig in 1999. Since 2003 she heads the “Nano-Spintronics” group and develops artificial synapses for cognitive computing, magnetic oxide film for transparent spintronics, and smart carriers for live science applications. H. Schmidt has published more than 160 papers in peer-reviewed journals and served as an advisory program committee member for the international workshops subtherm-2011, WSE-2014, and WSE-2015. She received the Nano-Future prize from the Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung (2002) and a Heisenberg Fellowship from the German Science foundation (2011).
